I'm Jennifer and I'm obsessed with food - it's practically all I think about. And I do eat chocolate every day. I could count the number of days I haven't eaten chocolate in the past ten years on two hands.

The experience

I want you to join me and see a sweeter side of historical London. Indulge in chocolate from the finest boutiques, that have spoilt generations of Londoners for hundreds of years.

This Mayfair chocolate experience takes you through time - from classic English fondants (a favourite of our Queen), to Europe’s most-awarded chocolatier. Try unusual creations that incorporate cheese, beer, and spices.

We’ll talk about the production and history of chocolate. We'll explore and learn about the streets and arcades of the city. Most importantly, you will feel completely chocolate-ed out by the end of the experience! Non-chocolate lovers will be converted!

We attended the Mayfair Chocolate Tour on 2nd November. Jennifer was a complete star, she put everyone at ease and was a mine of fascinating information about chocolate and the history of London. We started our tour at "Sketch" just off Regent's street, which, in itself was absolutely amazing - add to that some of the best drinking chocolate I have ever tasted and things could not have started better.
The pace of the walking experience was perfect and we visited 4 separate chocolatiers, with tastings at each. There were eight people on this and Jennifer spent time talking with each and every one of us. I particularly liked our time at Prestat where I tasted their gin and tonic chocolates.... what's not to like!!!
I really would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try something a bit different while visiting London.

I went on this experience with my daughter and a small group of six very friendly people. Jennifer was a great source of information on chocolate and history! We started our tour in Sketch a lovely quirky Cafe/Restaurant with fantastic art. We had the most amazing hot chocolate and pastry! We visited 4 chocolate shops and ate beautiful tasty chocolates, with the most unusual fillings. We were well and truly full of chocolate when we finished this experience! Great fun and interesting, with a great local. Would recommend this to all ages if they love good quality chocolate, we learnt so much!

You won't be disappointed!
