I booked this experience as a present for my boyfriend as we both never have time to cook and wanted to try something new. David was brilliant, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The experience of molecular gastronomy was fascinating, we were amazed by what you were able to do with food and definitely have a few ideas we want to try out in future with other dishes!
